Terms of placing advertising and requirements as to advertising material |

Definitions
Advertiser - a person or entity who wishes to place advertising information at mystic-news.com.
Advertising distributor - the owner of domain name mystic-news.com. and Administrator of website mystic-news.com.
Advertising material – advertising placed at the website in any format, and in fact Advertisers website itself, which is promoted by means of placing an active hyperlink.
Terms of placing advertising and requirements as to advertising material
By paying for space where his advertising will be placed, Advertiser agrees to the terms of placing and requirements to advertising material placed at mystic-news.com. (hereinafter referred to as Advertising Material) specified below, namely:
- Advertiser guarantees that the materials will not be of pornographic character, stir up hatred or aggression, and also will not be aimed at disparagement or discrimination of person or people on grounds of race, sex, nationality, language, origin, religion and beliefs, or belonging to some social stratu.
- As to content being subject matter of copyright or other copyrighted material, included into the Advertising Material, Advertiser accepts full responsibility for adherence to copyright and related rights.
- All the pecuniary demands of third parties laid against Advertising distributor due to Advertiser's incompliance to and/or violation of current legislation, must be settled by Advertiser on its behalf and for its own account.
- Upon request from website Administrator, Advertiser within three days shall provide written confirmation of rights in Advertising material to be placed.
- Upon request from website Administrator, Advertiser shall provide Administrator with documents confirming the right to use trade marks as well as certificates and licenses for goods and services advertised by Advertiser at mystic-news.com. In the event of a refusal to provide such information, website Administrator reserves the right to terminate placing of Advertiser's advertising Material.
- In case Administrator receives third party claims regarding information of Advertiser's violation of any rights of third parties (copyright, neighboring rights, etc), website Administrator files an appropriate reclamation to Advertiser and suspends placing of Advertiser's advertising Material. Advertising Distributor resumes placing of Advertiser's advertising Material after the claim of the third parties is settled by Advertiser. In the event the claim is not settled in reasonable period of time, website Administrator has the right to terminate placing of Advertiser's advertising Material.
- In the event Advertiser breaks an engagement, e.g. breaks any of these terms, fails to settle a third-party claim, fails to provide documents requested by Advertising Distributor, Advertising Distributor reserves the right to terminate placing of Advertiser's advertising Material. In such a case Advertiser's payment for placing of advertising Material, will be returned less unreceived income, or loss of expected profit (income which Advertising Distributor would have received for renting advertising space on standard business terms) as well as remittance fee for transmission of money to Advertiser.

- Topic the resource(s) is/are devoted to
- Where you want to place advertising (on all pages, only on the main page, in a certain category, after full text of news)
- Kind of advertising you wish to place (block of text links, banner, button)
- Size of banner(s) (88х31, 478х60, 125х125, 160х600 ...)
- Period of time the placing of advertising is planned for.
- Your personal wishes
After we give our consent to placing your advertising on our site, you will be sent the notification about the cost and term of placing this advertising. Then you pay for placing your advertising material and it will be placed at our website in 24 hours after the payment is received.
